Belinda H. Jenks holds a doctorate in Nutrition and Biochemistry from UCLA, a Master of Agriculture and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University.
As a Nutrition Scientist and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Belinda has significant experience in the plant-based protein metabolism and phytonutrients categories. Currently Belinda is the Director of Nutrition Science at Kate Farms.
